Fees and terms
One rate. Nothing upfront.
You pay only for hours actually worked. If nobody starts, you pay nothing.
€5 per hour worked
One flat rate for the whole employment, no increases. Invoiced monthly against your hours report.

Sourcing, vetting, paperwork, arrival, onboarding support and the permanent replacement guarantee.

Are you a temporary employment agency?
No. We are a licensed recruitment company (Slovak Act No. 5/2004). The worker becomes your employee under your local conditions; the hourly service fee is our remuneration for recruitment, arrival and ongoing care, invoiced separately from the wage.
How does €5 per hour compare with a placement fee?
A typical placement fee is 15 – 25 % of annual salary, paid upfront, with a 2 – 3 month guarantee. Our fee is spread over hours actually worked and the replacement guarantee lasts for the whole employment.
Which languages do the candidates speak?
Tradespeople typically have basic to good English and often German. Care workers receive language preparation before arrival. The tested level is stated in every profile.
Can you supply complete crews?
Yes. For installation and mechanical projects we present crews of 2 – 6 with a lead who speaks English or German.
