What we process

The details you send us through the enquiry form or by e-mail: company, contact person, e-mail, phone, site location, project details. For business contacts we also process names and business contact details of your staff.

Purpose and legal basis

• handling your enquiry and preparing an offer – steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
• performing a contract and invoicing – contract and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR),
• B2B communication with business contacts – legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object at any time.

How long we keep data

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 12 months. Accounting records: 10 years under Slovak law.

Recipients

Our web and e-mail hosting provider (Websupport, Slovakia) and our accountant. We do not transfer data outside the EU.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Write to belko@m-t.sk. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk) or the authority in your country.
